The administration for the newsletter, the Readers’ Club, is overseen by Lynda La PLante’s publishers, Bonnier, who use your information only for that subscription.

How long is your data retained?

If you contact the site using any of the forms on the site (general contact, competitions, offers etc), your details are only retained for as long as they are needed to reply to you or send you items you may have won (in the case of competitions) or requested (exclusive offers on tis site).

Your subscription details for as long as you want the newsletter. If you unsubscribe Bonnier will not keep your details nor will they be passed on.

What rights you have over your data

By law you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
